They said the second month will be paid for by public mobility plus they will give an extra5GBs of data.... they paid my second month but I havt not gotten my extra 5GB of data I hit my 8.5GB limit and now my data wont work.... why am I not getting my extra 5GB that they said I would be getting pretty frustrating.....

If you have not received the promo bonus within 30 days (ie. your next payment date), then you will need to contact moderator as described above. Moderators are PM employees who can fix account issues. Expect a few hours wait though. Check your private message inbox (envelope icon on right upper corner of website).

The terms of the promotion were that if you qualified by registering your e-mail address, you would get the 5GB bonus and the 2nd month free credit applied within 30 days.
If you DIDN'T, contact moderators AFTER 30 days.

Has it been 30 days since you activated your account/SIM card? According to terms and conditions, the 5GB data will be credited within 30 days.
If more than 30 days, then you will need to contact moderator to help with your account.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
