@Mackay-42 @sszz06 Try again using incognito/private mode or another browser. PM's self serve has caching issues since the update to the account a few months ago and still hasn't been fixed, unfortunately.
edit: I should add that even using incognito mode, it's taking a lot longer to load which I'm suspecting is due to extra traffic because customers maybe trying to take advantage of black Friday/cyber Monday promos.
