Why my bill is always early

It seems that you try to take the money before the due date this has happened so many times to me I’m a little pissed right now

What’s the due date? Where are you getting information on it?  

30 day cycles means the renewal date will fall back one day every couple of months.

Given many months have 31 days.

@JustJenn   please note that PM is running on 30 days cycle, not monthly

So billing date will shift one day up after a 31 days month, but shift down 2 days after a 28 days Feb.

Also, the cycle end date shows on My Account in fact is the first day of the new cycle, when PM will charge you plan renewal

So, if it shows Current Plan Cycle Feb 05 - May 07, 2023,  then Mar 07 is the day PM will charge you.
