Why it is so difficult to receive an invoice in public mobile?
Shoulden't an invoice be sent to us automatically each month?

Depending on what you need it for, you may be able to get a print off from my account yourself. Although it would be a little less sleek than an invoice.

Also, if you move up from Public Mobile to Koodo, you may get a better deal than if you switched carriers due to migration plans. Some carriers send you offers to migrate from one brand to another. Some of the migration plans are reasonable value as they're trying to wean off your current plan.

Pre-paid carriers such as Public Mobile (Chatr & Lucky too) do not issue bill statements or invoices.
It's been this way for quite some time.
Those 'services' are extra perks that mobile service providers (TELUS, Bell, Rogers, etc) limit to their 1st and 2nd tier mobile plans to higher paying customers.
If a monthly statement is what you require (and printing details of your public mobile self-serve payment/transaction screens are insufficient), perhaps moving up to Koodo or other 2nd tier providers may be a consideration.

In most cases, I was able to submit a print of my monthly bill from my account for my employer to include in my tax receipt as an expense.
Some of my lucky friends get an iPhone 11 and plans paid for by employer but employer can also have access to their phone log to see if it is business or pleasure.

For a low cost prepaid provider it is not the norm to receive an invoice from the provider. However if you need one for tax purposes for example it is recommended that you ask for them in 90, 180 or 360 day formats. Contact customer support to request an invoice for your account services.

@gydongcn It's not too hard. Just take time usually 2 or 3 weeks.
PM i a prepaid service, that's why they try to save the cost for invoice, I guess

Public mobile is a low cost, no frills type of mobile company. To keep costs lower, Public mobile offers less services than other mobile companies. You can contact customer service agent to generate an official invoice each month or some regulars will ask for invoices every 3-6 months to save some time.
Public mobile just recent revamped the community forum. In the future, customers may be able to generate invoices, but change with Public mobile is a slow process.
