I was told by the community member I'd receive an invoice within 20 business days. It's now been more than 30 business days. Why is it so difficult to get an invoice? Please help.

Depending how far back you need the invoice. You can login to your account and go back 3 to 12 months drop-down menu on the Payment section and print it out.

Community member is a customer like yourself and they have no power to do anything except to post here.
Did you open a ticket requesting invoice? If not, open it and agent will assist you.

if you already message CS_agent before, go back to the inbox, look for CS_agent's reply and reply the message and ask for update.
