Hello
Does Public Mobile provide a n invoice with detailed Monthly Usage Summary like fido etc showing account holders name, address, phone number, and incoming and outgoing calls in PDF format?
I can only find a very basic excel file with very minimum details that could be manually updated...

hi @Yongzhongchen the invoice itself is the simple one and you can download it yourself from My Account 's Payment History page
for detailed usage, you can download it yourself from My Account's Usage History page

No, they don't provide this sort of information. None of the information you provide such as name, address is verified by PM.
You can ask and see if they will provide a customize one for you, however I highly doubt it.
