When I attempt to log onto MyAccount it just keeps refreshing the page but i am unable to enter my userid and password.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

The Public Mobile website has known cache issues. Go into your browser settings, find cache, clear lifetime of cache and restart browser. Then use Incognito mode and try again.
FYI @porcupine you can't create a ticket with the chatbot if you can't log in to your account. 🙂
