Subscription error

My subscription won’t activate. I paid and I registered my sim, picked my number but it says subscription error and it’s locked to that screen on the app.

Try uninstalling and reinstall the app and try again.

If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent through the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help.

are you activating physical or esim?

if physical sim, test the sim in a phone first

if you still need support help,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
