I do not have access to my account after I ported the lines to Telus.
Can you help me to get them?

I am looking for Invoices paid from my credit card on May 18, May 23 and June 17 of 2025.

As already mentioned by community members, you’ll need to open a support ticket so a customer support agent can help you retrieve your payment records.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

once you've successfully ported away from Public Mobile, your account is deactivated..you won't be able to view past invoice info. You can message Customer Support and request that they send you those invoices via email.
