Figured it out,it was issue with my credit card,but public disabled my account so I couldn’t do anything and I couldn’t dial 611. Working now !

Figured it out, it was issue with my credit card but public disabled my account and it took me 3 days to figure it out,fine now!

@MaryAnnTarant more details would be nice. what plan are you on? have you checked selfserve is your acocunt active?
what is not working calling texting data? can you call 611?
being ckeeky now, but is phone charged and turned on. (just trying to say more details are helpful so you get a relevant helpful replies)
