Figured it out,it was issue with my credit card,but public disabled my account so I couldn’t do anything and I couldn’t dial 611. Working now !

Figured it out, it was issue with my credit card but public disabled my account and it took me 3 days to figure it out,fine now! (✅ ... Luddite)
