Why is coverage in North Welland also non-existent?

I literally can't make or receive a call. Data? If I'm really lucky and keep the phone within a 1in square perfect location, I might have data access for 5 seconds. The problem isn't my phone. Change to a different provider?

@asdfi21389   wierid.  there is a 4G tower right at Woodlawan and  S. Pelham Rd area, your data should be ok

With voice, the 3G towers are further north

try to Reset All networks on your LG phone and see if it helps

Also, ask any friends if they have Bell/Telus/Koodo/virgin/Lucky and see if they have any issue with LTE data or voice

Welland should be covered by cell coverage. I've had issues with my iPhone where my data & cell coverage would just stop, not because of the cell reception but because of the iPhone. I would restart my phone and it would start working again.

Try restarting your phone, and if that doesn't help try re-inserting the sim card and see if that may help.

@asdfi21389 Welland Ontario?  According to the coverage map, it has LTE and 3G there

Try changing the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G and see if it helps 

Also, what kind of phone do you have? model and brand?
