Why is coverage in North Welland also non-existent?

I literally can't make or receive a call. Data? If I'm really lucky and keep the phone within a 1in square perfect location, I might have data access for 5 seconds. The problem isn't my phone. Change to a different provider?

Slightly better without LTE but still useless. LG G8

The issue exists with multiple makes and models of phones.
