Why hasn't my referral code worked

When signing up for public mobile, I used a referral code from a friend in order receive rewards, however it has been been around two weeks and there is still no sign of the any rewards received. Any help would be much appreciated.

You should have a $10 credit in your account which will apply to your next bill.

Also check your friend to see if they gotten a text “Cha-Ching- You just added a RAF Reward”.

@kilo   check your My Account to see if you see $10 showing as Available fund there, if so, you got it

 

If not, just open a ticket with PM support for them to add it back for you

 

Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:
