Our autopay didn't work in Sept. So we paid manually.
In October it came out as it is supposed to. Apparently it doesn't work sometime *shrug*

Autopay sometimes fail. To prevent you from losing service, the recommendation from the PM forum is to make a payment a few days before your renewal date to cover the cost of the plan. The renewal will take the money out of your Available Funds and you can leave your cc on file for the autopay reward.

@Da2 I'm guessing that your autopay failed? What does it say when you log in to your self serve or call 611? If this is when your renewal happens and your service is still working, ignore the messages about suspended. This is a normal part of the renewal process. Again assuming everything is still working. If not then auto pay failed. Go into your account and make a payment and restart your service.
