Hello,
I have used "deleted .. Luddite " this number which I would like to restart. would you please help me to reactivate the number again?

@moinuddin If it's not been more than 90 days since suspension you can use the 611 service to either load a voucher to make a payment or if you have a registered CC on account for which you will need your PIN.

Has it been more than 90 days since you last renewed your account. If so your account would have been closed and number lost.
Can you sign into self service? If you can sign in, then just make a payment and reactivate your account.
