When I go onto MyAccount to change my subscription, the $19/month plan does not show up. I can see it on the website, but it does not appear on MyAccount.

@Hanh7 It’s mostly just for new activations and existing customers on the $13 or $15 plan . But we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our account to change to . If you don’t have any friend referral . You could port number out and back in on newly created PM account with new sim and email to get the plan you really want . But but by end of this month come Black Friday sales my hope is we see better plans for existing customers anyways

sorry, not all plans available for everyone now. The $19 plan is only available for small number of existing customers, mainly those with $15 plan
You can only change to plans available on you My Account and no other plans. Support won't be able to help either
