1800/1888 are allowed calls, but PM has a system glitch lately.
to have that fixed, all your need to do is to open a ticket with PM support agent and they will reset the account on the system. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
