Public Mobile does not send any name info.  If you meant you want to block this name info, they are actually from some number-name lookup app, not from Public Mobile

but if you want to even block phone number being send out, you need to do this
Per-Call Blocking:  Dial #31# before the 10 or 11-digit number you are calling.

Permanent Blocking: Dial *31# (you will hear a network tone, then the call will hang up) to make your number hidden for all calls.

Reversing Permanent Block: Dial #31# to set your caller ID to appear by default again.

Phone Settings: On iPhones, go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID and toggle off. On Android, go to Phone App > Settings > Additional Settings/More > Caller ID and select "Hide Number".

@NEMISIS , Public Mobile does not offer any kind of number blocking.  Depending on which dialer app you are using, there might be settings to hide your number.
