Why are some numbers not reachable

I have tried to call a number for a clinic in Halifax and I get check the number. My daughter with a different provider has no issue contacting this medical clinic. Does anyone know why?

hi @NJV yes, I called some 902 numbers and none of them work with PM (work with others). So, it is really an issue. Please ask support agent to check
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

The area code is 902 then 942. Both my daughters live in Halifax o e with Public mobile she also can not contact the clinic, while the other daughter has a different provider and she can reach them

what is the area code and the next 3 digits with the number you have trouble calling?

That is unusual alright. If you have no trouble calling other numbers, maybe double check that you dial the number correctly. Make sure you use the right area code and number. Are you in the same province / city as the clinic ?

this is unusual...try adding a 1 ahead of area code...see if that helps.
