When attempting to dial i get a failure notification. This has just started to happen as well a friend of mine that I recommended was has similar issues with toll free numbers. The number does work as I tried with another phone. It is (800) 601-8072.

Thank to all. The solution was a reset needed to be done which also was required with a friend's phone.

do you only have problem calling the 1800 number and no problem calling regular numbers?

@frafarru there has been issue with calling 1-800 / 1-888 toll free numbers. Have you gone to US lately? It seems to be an issue for people who just back form US
