It looks to me like you signed up before September 20/2017, when the new pricing came into effect. PM (and as far as I know any other provider) is not applying the lower price to your account automatically - it's up to us price savvy consumers to check the announcements regularly for the best available deals and act accordingly.
To take advantage of the new, lower price without forfeiting your current balance I suggest that you future date the plan change in your self serve account. So on your next renewal you'll be charged the new amount.

@anh0828, How long have you been with PM? Just wondering if this is your first cycle with PM did you add any LD packages? If you did ($60 +$8) * Tax =$76.16 or $76.84 depending if you have 12 or 13%. Could this have been it?

Is there a chance the plan used to be $76, and the plan has recently been changed to a new, lower price?
PM does like to change plans frequently, as we’ve seen in the past 6 months or so, this could be n example of such a change.

its the same plan I am trying to switch to, unlimited provincal talk plan for 90 days, its suppose to be $60 but I am paying $76.

@anh0828, I would login to self serve and see what plan they have you on it should list right ont eh over view page what plan you are on.

I am on a odd $76/90day plan right now, I thought I had signed up for $60/90day plan unlimited provincal voice.
