Why am I paying more than I am suppose to for voice only plan?

Hi Moderators, I noticed on my plan I am paying $76 every 90 days mean while its suppose to be $60 for 90 days. please help, Thank you.

its the same plan I am trying to switch to, unlimited provincal talk plan for 90 days, its suppose to be $60 but I am paying $76.

I am on a odd $76/90day plan right now, I thought I had signed up for $60/90day plan unlimited provincal voice.
