Why am I getting notifications saying I haven’t paid?

I made a $40 payment today and phone working, but received notice saying “still haven’t paid” what’s this ? And no notice that I paid!

  • I have no clue how to do that - I appreciate the help from y’all but I’m not tech savvy- it’s working and I’ve been told ignore it - this is long time I’ve used this community for help it’s confusing to me I don’t know how to show a screen shot thanks and good day

Can you show us a screen shot of the notice or message?

Hi @Zx1 they are not really "updating" the system at the moment.  The upgrade to the new My Account has already been completed.    They are just fixing glitches now.  But from experience,  there is no guarantee where will all thr glitches gone

Ho @Zx1 it is the same reminder template that send to everyone with upcoming renewal.   There should be a part 2 saying you can ignore it if your have Autopay setup.  If you manually paid today, just ignore the text

there system is a new design, until the system complete updated very soon, and your service working well then ignore those message.

As long as your have service and your account says Active, ignore SMS from PM.

Even on renewal day if your account says something else than Active, as long as you have service - ignore it.

I have not check status of account after new site become live so that might be corrected...?

Ok it is working but says they haven’t received payment ok I’ll ignore it then thanks

@Zx1  - if your services are working, then I would ignore that message.

Log into self serve/my account to ensure all looks good, Active status, enough fund to cover your renewal...

Log in to your account to confirm your acct is ACTIVE,  If so...ignore those notifications.

edit to add...

you should get a sms thanking you for plan renewal payment.
