Why am I charged for data

It seems like my account has been charged twice on July 18, first for 1GB data and then on 3GB data, while none was authorized by me or anyone in my family.  My father pays for my account and he is very upset and I did not ask for this data.  Must be an error at your end.

you see the transaction showing clearly the 2 purchases?

if so, if you are sure you didn't buy them, them open ticket with support as advised above.

No one authorized-I kept on getting messages that I have used 100% data which I always do as I only have only 250MB data.

Highly unlikely PM randomly chose to charge for data addons ..

did you , 9r someone had access to this account  , used My Account or *611 and got the data somehow?

you checked Transaction history and confirmed those were bought on that day?

PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. However if they have not been used at all, there is a great chance support can reverse them. Please message support directly and discuss with them
