I did not get SMS of Christmas gift. My friend already got it couple days ago. How can I ask for SMS?

You will have to submit a ticket to an agent through the customer service portal.

To confirm you have the promos after texting, log into self service and click on the spinner icon to refresh your page.

first try to send YES2 to shorcode 4911
if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good
if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.

You can try texting 4911 YES2 of that dose t work you will need to submit a ticket to community agent
