Today I got the sim card and swipe to public and requested trans my preview phone # and
public said wait up to 2h but now more than 2h almost 4h now.
I tried reboot my phone 4 time already but still not work.
Why happen to me? what is wrong?
Please help me.

Is your phone actually ringing with your Public Mobile SIM card inserted? If so, that would be a devcie issue.
When it comes to number porting, your phone not ringing at all when people call you likely means that your calls are still going to your old carrier. Put that SIM card back in.

@Kazema : Did you leave the SIM of the old provider in the phone to confirm the transfer? If all done then maybe restart the phone with the new SIM in.
