Hello
My credit card was expire and i changed yesterday and replace new credit card and then active my plan, but when i check my balance i saw that I charged twice, i want return my money

@SayedSami1990 :You can also just leave it alone and that money you were charged twice for will just be used for your next month payment, go into your self serve to make sure the second charge is in your available funds.

If you are looking at your credit card information, these sound like "Pending Transactions"?
When you change credit card information on an automatic payment like this, if often shows 2 transactions in "Pending" status, but once you wait a few days the credit card company will adjust it and it should just go to the one charge.
Is this what you are seeing?
Or are you looking at your SELF SERVE account as asked by @HALIMACS ?

Does the excess payment show up in your Available Funds Balance $, on your self-serve account? You'll see it near the top right, here:
If so, it can remain there as sort of a 'pre-payment' towards your next cycle.
Requesting a refund will take about 30 days, so you're better off just letting the extra payment work for your next renewal.
