Why Can't I top up my phone with the voucher i bought, I keep having this message below when i type in the voucher number. since last Saturday. need your help

You can try downloading the voucher by dialing 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC or try both.
If it still doesn't download then you will need a CS_Agent to help you by typing in Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble. Staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
