How do I get my eSim?

Hi

I have paid subscription and got to download the app. 

After downloading the app I tried to login but app is saying that I got the message about the verification code:

Confirm Your Identity

Enter the 6-digit code sent to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

I never received esim, why is it doing this?!?

My email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please send me esim and instructions on how to login to app.

This could help you with the eSIM not download:

There should be an email to the registered email with the QR code for the eSIM for you to scan onto your phone.
