Changing SIM card

Saroj_Sen

Hello @customer service

I haven't been able to receive or make phone calls on my phone, though I can send/receive text messages. I think it may be a problem with the SIM card, I bought a new card. I tried "Change SIM card" within my account. However it is not allowing me to "Save changes".

Please advice

@Saroj_Sen

What model phone do you use?

I don't think that it is a SIM card issue.  Sim card rarely become defective.

Public mobile has been adjusting their network in certain areas.  3G 850 MHz band is being switched to 4G network so then customers are left with 1900 MHz band is left for talk with customer with only 3G capability.

Maybe browser has an issue with PM web site. If your SIM card is never used, try using clean browser, clear cache or try incognito mode. Use computer to swap SIM cards.
