You will need to reactive your old plan for another month with the old carrier than port your number over to PM or just pick a new number.

Did you transfer our FROM PM or transfer IN to PM?
Both accounts HAVE to be active in order to transfer to work. If one account is not active (closed) then transfer cannot be completed.
