Hi All,
Please can anyone advise or direct me on how I can add another line/phone number to my existing account? I plan to migrate my wife from Chatr to Public Mobile, but I don't want to have to deal with managing two different accounts. Also, I would like her to get a similar plan as mine too.
Lastly, please can anyone point me to the discount code to use when buying a new sim card - mine doesn't seem to be working.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can’t…only one account/email address so you need to use a different email for the second line.

Each PM account is independent. PM has no family plans thus each account has its own number and has to be created with unique email. You can use same credit card to pay for all accounts, though.

@Processor01 hi unfortunately each plan/account needs it's own email no way around that as for a sim they offer a free one if you buy one at the top of the page under shop sims all plans offered are there too https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/sim-card
