I ordered my sim card 10 days ago. It was order # 342338. Can you tell me where it is?

What happened to the order #/postal code tracking on canadapost? Still doesn't help the lengthy time though.

It's through Canada Post - no one can. There is no tracking for SIM card orders.
Strongly recommended when wanting a SIM card for this service, get it oneself at a corporate Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik location. Or if in southern GTA, check out Canadiancellsupplies.com for location in Mississauga.
This way, you get it in hand, and not relying on PM to fulfil the order, then Canada Post to deliver.

quiet a lot of sim order issue today, and you are not alone
Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
