Where do I even see if I have even received an answer to a support ticket?

I have submitted two support tickets for the same issue, how do I even see their response? Is public mobile support a real thing? Can anyone tell me where to look?

I'll explain the reason for support ticket here. I just got my plan, popped in the sim card, and I was prompted to enter a One Time Password that would be sent to new number. That was yesterday and despite multiple attempts and several hours I have yet to recive this Password, meaning I bought a cell plan that didn't even work out of the box.

I just want the phone plan I bought, with my currently very limited resources, to work at all. Or a refund. Or a person to tell me neither of those things are happening. I don't think thats unreasonable of me to ask.

Additionally I couldn't tag this as "support" why is that not a thing?

for login , can you get the code via email

On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
