Hello,
I requested to port number last night, but then Bell decided to send a transfer text message this morning. I was in 10k run this morning, and i missed the window to reply YES to that message.
I called them back, but they said I need to contact Public Mobile to re-initiate the porting since the original request was cancelled.
i opened a support ticket, but i haven’t heard anything yet. Can someone help me what i should do?

try reboot the phone, then click Reset network settings and test inbound and outbound calls
if you can make/receive calls, if you can use data, it is good

@hTideGnow Thank you for the information. I was able to get the transfer request message after talking to the support. However, the indicator of the cell service is not showing for Public Mobile
But Public mobile esim is looking fine from the setting
Did something go wrong with my esim?
