Where could I find information pertaining to the refund policy?

I signed up yesterday but did not yet successfully port my number through. I am wondering if the refund policy applies to such cases?

HI @Rozy 

PM is prepaid provider and generally no refund.  But if the account not fully setup, we saw that PM agent are kind enough for refund request.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437  

But ,  if just not successfully ported, usually it can be resolved and no need for a refund.  You can use the same message link to ask agent for help

@Rozy what is the issue with porting?  did you get a text from your old provider and you replied yes within 90 mins?

 If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

I am not aware of any.
You can ask agent to provide if they have any.

Any refund is considered case by case so contact agent and discuss issue with them.
