Where can I find a statement?

I'm looking for a statement for the month of March. Where can I receive this?

@bcogdale you can go into your transaction history in self serve and make a screen shot picture. I think that would work as well, it has your name and account number and transactions. My husband uses that for work records. 😁

@bcogdale  Are you looking to review your March payment details or do you need a statement for tax purposes? If your looking to review your payment details then access your selfserve account and click on the Payment History link and enter the appropriate date range to review your details. If you need an invoice the follow the recommendations that have already been provided by others.

@bcogdale try taking a screenshot of the payment  for the 30 day cycle and use it in conjunction with your credit card statement.  See if whomever you need it for. Would accept that. If not contact the moderators and explain your situation amd ask them for it. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

You'll have to message a moderator to get a statement..go to top of this page Get Help..click on Chat with Simon to start process of moderator assistance. It could take several weeks to get your statement.

PM does not provide monthly statement.  All we get is the payment history.

You have to ask moderator to generate monthly statement for tax purpose.

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

After submitted a ticket, members should check their private message SENT folder for their ticket which they just created.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, You did not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.

You can also enable email notification after receiving a private message at your INBOX.
My settings --> PREFERENCES --> Private Messenger --> enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages' --> Save
