@daican take note that even if you call your voicemail it eats up minutes. You can use "textnow" app to hold you over until you get your minutes back. Hope the rest of your week is better!

@therealkcon unfortunately this seems to be a systemic issue with Public Mobile, you will need to talk with customer service to have it cleared up. Not that this is comforting but you are not the first person that has had this exact issue.

@caltbui I have read that canadiancellsupplies.com sells the SIM cards for much cheaper. I have not bought from them but looking at previous posts about it looks like they are a good retailer.
