I have 100 mins of talk included in my plan and unlimited incoming but when I try to make a call an automated message says talk is not included in my plan. I just checked my account and it is included. Any ideas on what the issue is? I've read in other similar posts that PM had to reset on their end. How do I get that to happen? I've already submitted a ticket but can't wait 48 hours for a reply to be able to make a call.

@daican take note that even if you call your voicemail it eats up minutes.
You can use "textnow" app to hold you over until you get your minutes back.

PM reset on their end and it is working fine now. I'm quite impressed at the speed at which this was resolved 🙂

@daican @Hi sounds like you ran out off minutes, in your self serve check to see if you have any minutes left there is a five dollar 500 minute add on avaliable
