Public Mobile will only help to unlock a phone from Telus, Koodo, or Public. Is it locked and you now want to use it at another carrier?

You'll have to approach the previous cell network provider to get an unlock code. What make of phone are you using ?
EDIT...what makes you think the phone is locked ?
