Hi Team,
The Phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and since this morning getting message for any outgoing calls that no log distance calls are allowed.
Incoming calls are working fine though.

So, are you are on a $15 Plan, are you out of minutes...? Check your SELF SERVE account.
You can add 500 mins for $5 add-on.
If you still have minutes, then yes contact Moderator_Team, here

If you are not on a $10 or $15 plan with a limited number of voice minutes, you need to contact Public Mobile customer service. You can do that by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and opening a ticket.

Usually, this is a matter or misdialing a number. Even if the number is being dialed correctly, this can sometimes be solved by simply dialing a 1 before the area code. That shouldn't actually make a difference, but the Public Mobile system can act strange some of the time.
