I sent them a message 3 weeks ago (on Nov 13th) about a problem with a referral bonus and they have still not replied to it.
Does anyone know when I can expect them to handle this?

@smanickam Looks like the MODS are dealing with many promo plan issues first as mentioned before. They are dealing with a ton of porting issues and customers who have no service as a top priority.
