Hi

I received the request and acknowledgment of the request from my old provider. I am wondering when I can remove my sim card of said provider?

As far as I can tell, it looks ported over, thank you

hi @Grimrod42

just want to be clear, to confirm if the port was completed, please remove the old carrier sim card, then make sure PM eSIM is active set as Primary.

Thanks

I rebooted. During the install process, I think the PM E-SIM was installed. Both look like they are connected... I have 2 bars on each.

hi @Grimrod42

reboot your phone with that old sim card.  If you see the old sim no longer connects to your old carrier, you can remove the old sim, put in the PM sim card, reboot and click Reset network on the phone.  Then test both inbound and outbound calls
