I am being charged monthly but when I log into my two known accounts there are no active subscriptions. I need you to identify what phone number/account is attached to these charges and remove my payment method.

you have multiple accounts with PM?

but here in the Community, we are just customers and we cannot help further.    You will need to submit ticket and ask PM to help

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
