I referred 3 friends at the end of January. My dashboard only shows I referred 2 friends. 1 friend received $10 Credit. 2 have not.

Your other 2 friends will need to contact a CS_Agent separately:

They need to Submit a Ticket on the Chat icon or:

It is a simple fix but they need to create a Community account if they haven’t done one yet. The $10 credit will apply to their next month’s bill.

ask the 2 friends you referred to open ticket with PM.  They will sort out the referral situation and you will see that missing one as well

ask them to Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if having trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
