I was browsing plans and clicked on one to view the details or something and it began a registration. Now when I sign into my account, I can't view any account details. I am stuck on this new line activation page. Can an admin please reset my account so I can view my usual account details and not the new line activation page.

@isleepina They need to ask verification question to confirm it’s you the account holder like last payment /how much it was PIN number last 4digits of credit card alternate number etc . Once verified they will begin to help you

Probably easier to port my number to another provider when those black friday deals roll around at this point. Dude is useless who you message btw. I'm already signed in an he's asking for my mothers maiden name etc
