When I login to My Account I am getting Our Services are Getting an Upgrade Message March 4th to March 5th and today is March 10th and I am unable to look at my plan. Also when trying to make a local call I am getting a message that I am out of minutes when I have a Nationwide Plan. I just switched to Public Mobile (first time customer) yesterday (March 9th). Can anyone help me with this?

try again now...I just did and it seems to be working again. I was able to log in to my Rewards and redeem some points.

Its been saying that since the 4th. I need to reactivate my account amd havent been able to since.

usually that is a false alarm. Reboot phone, and call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits number

What about getting the message that I am out of minutes when I have an unlimited calling plan?

same for me. I think they just re-use an old message for this unscheduled maintenance. But try back after 8am ET, they usually done by then
