When I log into 'My account' it just says 'hello' and doesn't give any options

When I log in to my account it just has this page without any options. I want to cancel autopay but I can't.

That does look odd.  Have you tried clearing cache and cookies?  Also try another browser/incognito mode.

I think the tab is incognito mode.  Still, force closing the app and clearing app cache doesn't hurt.
