And you have not pay for the activation yet because of the code?

@faraz1 for the referral code, make sure you got it right, like 0 or O,
But you can skip referral code step for now. You can first activate and then open ticket with support to apply the code after

at this point , you need to download the app to complete the activation.

@faraz1 while you can start the activation outside the app, you have to use the app to complete the activation. After you make the payment, you will have to go to the app to pick a phone number or arrange porting. Have you done that yet?
